Easy to use software that could use some visual updates, but does offer the utility required to create and update a will (along with many other documents).

fewer featues than the 2009. the trust part isn't included and is extra. buy the 2009 instead

Summary: "Very disappointed."

I had Willmaker 2008 and purchased this version for an update but later found out it no longer creates living-trust for you which is pretty much the most important tool I need. I have to say I am very disappointed about how this product becomes even though I also blame myself not taking a good look at the product's description before I press "Order" button. I kind of assume the new version should only "Add" new feature to it, not taking out one of most important feature. I will never purchase this product again if this is the way they "improve" it.

Summary: "Is a living trust included in the 2010 version or NOT?"

Okay, so this isn't a review, it's a question... most reviews are negative, and say don't buy the 2010 version, and at least as many say do buy it... the biggest complaint is that a "living trust" is not included...I definitely want that, and yes, I would assume that the newest version is the way to go. Why do some reviews clearly state that the living trust is NOT included, and several people say that it is? Which is it? I'd love to have that clarified. And by the way, is there a better product out there - so many say not to buy this product, but don't offer any other solution (except to go with the 2009 version). I really trust reviews from consumers like me, but the total split on the verdict is very confusing!

I received a review copy of this product from Nolo, so that I could take a look and share my opinion. I thought the program itself was pretty easy to use! I never thought I would do my own will on my computer... a scary thought! But overall, great product! I would recommend it to others! Simple, and has lots of great features! :)
